SUMMARY STATEMENT:
City Annex copier was purchased outright about 8 years ago. It is increasingly difficult and expensive to have repaired due to its age. A request for quotes resulted in proposals from
three vendors. The proposal from Fisher’s Technology for a Ricoh copier provided the lowest monthly overall cost for a suitable copier based on the needs and feedback of Annex staff.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the agreement with Fisher’s Technology, the addendum, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
