SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Salmon River Brewery is submitting a request to have the noise ordinance extended until 11:00 pm on each Saturday 6/14, 6/21, 6/28 7/5, 7/12, 7/19, 7/26, 8/2, 8/9, 8/16, 8/23, 8/30,
9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 9/27 and on the Fourth of July 2014 until 1:00 a.m. The request is for live music in Carey Park. Matt Hurlbutt of Salmon River Brewery will be present to answer any
questions.
McCall City Code States 8-14-5: Noise
Parades, concerts, festivals or events, between the hours of eight o’clock (8:00) A.M. and twelve o’clock (12:00 midnight, Sunday through Thursday; and between eight o’clock (8:00) A.M.
and one o’clock (1:00) A.M. Friday through Saturday, so long as parade, concert, festival or event is approved by the Mayor and City Council.

Approve extension of noise ordinance and authorize the Mayor to sign the application for permit.
