At the June 3, 2014, McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the application was recommended for approval by the McCall City Council. Attached find the following documents: Proposed First Amended Plat Nelson Subdivision Existing Nelson Subdivision plat Staff Report Draft Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law The complete land use file is available for review during normal working hours in the Community Development Department located at McCall City Hall, 216 E. Park St., McCall, Idaho.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve SUB-14-01, subject to the presented Findings and Conclusions, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
