SUMMARY STATEMENT:
An application for a minor final plat amendment was submitted by Skiftun Land Surveying on behalf of Brian Nelson to include Lot 21 of the Payette Lakes Commercial Center into Nelson
Subdivision and subsequently adjust the lot line between former Lot 21 of the Payette Lakes Commercial Center and Lot 2 of Nelson Subdivision to enlarge former Lot 21.
At the June 3, 2014, McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the application was recommended for approval by the McCall City Council.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve SUB-14-01, subject to the presented Findings and Conclusions, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
