SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Alpine Village/Playlive is submitting a request to have the noise ordinance extended until 11:30 pm on Saturday 7/05, and Friday’s 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/01, 8/08, 8/15, 8/22, and 8/29.
The request is for the Free Outdoor Movie Nights hosted by Alpine Village and Playlive. The movies will be played on a 14' x 25' inflatable screen in the Alpine Village Plaza. The movies
are free, family friendly, and open to the public. This is the third year Alpine Village has hosted the Free Outdoor Movie Nights.
McCall City Code States 8-14-5: Noise
Parades, concerts, festivals or events, between the hours of eight o’clock (8:00) A.M. and twelve o’clock (12:00 midnight, Sunday through Thursday; and between eight o’clock (8:00) A.M.
and one o’clock (1:00) A.M. Friday through Saturday, so long as parade, concert, festival or event is approved by the Mayor and City Council.
