SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall’s Wastewater System is a complex system consisting of gravity sewer mains, pressure sewer mains, manholes, lift stations, treatment facility, and disposal facility.
The purpose for the agenda bill is to present an overview of each of the parts of the wastewater system followed by a discussion of the challenges and issues facing the City with respect
to the wastewater system. Lastly staff will present the draft Fourth Amended Consent Order between the City of McCall and the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality.
Attached are the original draft Fourth Amended Consent Order as well as the staff-modified Fourth Amended Consent Order that was submitted to the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality.
