SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Airport Manager will discuss lease rate setting methods/options and will request Council’s direction regarding the methodology for setting lease rates, the method for formalizing
this process, and how this process might interact with airport hangar lease language. Direction received from Council on this matter will allow the Airport Manager to propose a clean/final
draft of the airport lease template and a revised fee resolution for consideration at a later date/time.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide direction to the Airport Manager regarding Council’s preference for airport lease rate setting methodology.
