SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Joint Wastewater Working Group (PLRWSD & City of McCall) continues to meet on a regular basis to discuss ways to develop joint operational structures for the operations and maintenance
of both the PLRWSD and the City of McCall’s wastewater systems (including collections, treatment, and disposal).
An Application for a Water Reuse Permit has been submitted to the IDEQ by the Sewer District and they have received initial comments. These comments have been discussed with the irrigators
(farmers) and the District’s engineers have made revisions for re-submittal to IDEQ.
Attached is the draft Memorandum of Understanding for disposal of effluent in accordance with the draft IDEQ Reuse Permit. The purpose of this work session is to discuss components of
the memorandum of understanding between the City of McCall and Payette Lakes Water and Sewer Recreational District.
