SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The purpose of this agenda bill is to request amendment of the existing professional services agreement with T-O Engineers for inclusion of services to revise the City’s existing appraisal,
execute a review appraisal service, and for additional consultant services under the City’s ongoing land acquisition effort. The additional cost incurred within this agreement is eligible
for reimbursement under the Airport Improvement Program (AIP) pending successful execution of land acquisition by the City.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the amendment of the Professional Services Agreement for Land Acquisition and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
