SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Council adopted Ordinance No. 926, Imposing a non-property tax of one percent (1%) on the sales price of all property subject to taxation under Idaho Code 63-3601 at their August
28, 2014 City Council Meeting. A summary of Ordinance 926 has been prepared for publication.
Attached is the summary for Ordinance 926.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the summary for Ordinance 926 for publication and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
