Subject: Preview Dates and Hours for Bal Harbour Waterfront Park
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you of the preview hours of the new Bal Harbour
Waterfront Park, that will be shared with the community.
Mayor Jeffrey P. Freimark and Members of the Village Council
Wednesday, December 27 and Thursday, December 28, 2023 (Two -Day Preview)
9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Residents can access the lobby of the Community Center, to get information and register for the All Access
Card and the grand opening events.
Guided Tours of facility and grounds available at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily.
Wednesday, Janua through Friday, January 5, 2024
9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
All park areas (with the exception of the water feature area) will be open and available to enjoy.
Guided Tours of facility and grounds available at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily.
Beginning Saturday, January 6, 2024
Park will open for permanent hours of operation.
Park: Daily, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Community Center: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Attached is a flyer which will be shared with the community, providing information about these hours, as well
as the All Access Card. If you have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to

BAL HARBOUR
- WATERFRONT PARK -
Experience the new Bal Harbour Waterfront Park with a special preview. Beginning
Wednesday, January 27, residents can stop by the new Bal Harbour Waterfront Park to get
an advanced preview of the facility including guided tours of the park. Residents can also
register for their All Access Card during this time.

ALL ACCESS CARD
The All Access Card is your convenient and
complimentary way to enjoy all the
amenities and perks of being a Bal
Harbour resident. The card will act as a key
FOB providing access to the Bal Harbour
Waterfront Park during regular operating
hours.
The card will provide residents with several
additional benefits including discounted
and priority access to recreational
programs, special offers, and
complimentary access to our museum
partners and events.
