The proposed R8 – Medium Density Residential zoning is consistent with the adjacent property to the east. At the September 9, 2014 meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval of application ZON-14-04 to City Council. The meeting included a public hearing at which no one appeared or provided written comment in favor or opposition to this application. The full land use file is available at City Hall, 216 E.
