SUMMARY STATEMENT:
As part of training and professional development for staff, we attend trainings and conferences to stay current on best practices, keep up professional certifications, build professional
networks, and most importantly to bring back good ideas for the McCall Community.
The Grant Coordinator, Parks & Rec. Director, and the Community Development Director will share with the McCall City Council some of the big ideas, interesting experiences, and new insights
gained from these training opportunities.
