The Cooperative Agreement approved on April 24, 2014 between the state and city outlined the responsibilities and terms of the construction of and improvement for the new bridge. The temporary easement document for the construction and installation of bridge structure and sidewalk in Rotary Park was approved at the October 9, 2014 City Council meeting. However, the associated donation letter for intention to donate the temporary easement for bridge structure and sidewalks was not approved due to some confusion about the easement. These temporary easements documents will not be recorded and are for the ITD record.   RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Donation Letter for the SH-55 North Fork Payette River Bridge and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
