SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the July 26, 2012 Council Meeting, The City Council approved the initiation of proposed code amendments to MCC Title 4. It had been identified that there are sections of Title 4 that
date back to 1949 and are no longer relevant. Since that time the following amendments to MCC Title 4 have been approved:
4.1.14 LIQUOR SALES PROHIBITED- allowing liquor sales on Election days
Taxicab Ordinance Adoption
Staff will provide an executive summary of the recommended changes to MCC Title 4 – Business Regulations to Council during the October 24, 2014 Work Session.
