SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The airport manager has compiled feedback from the Airport Advisory Committee and City Council regarding revision of the standing airport non-commercial hangar lease template. Enclosed
with this agenda bill is a proposed airport hangar lease template, along with a summary of changes which highlights revisions to the existing hangar lease template along with recommendations
(where different from proposed language) of the Airport Advisory Committee.
The airport manager will present and discuss these elements during presentation of this agenda bill to ensure questions and/or concerns of Council are addressed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the airport non-commercial hangar lease template for future use when entering into new non-commercial airport hangar lease agreements.
