SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A one year contract for McCall City Prosecutor was awarded to Kiiha Law Office, P.L.L.C. in 2013. In November 2012 a new Request For Proposal (RFP), for McCall City Prosecutor was approved
by Council. Following the bid period, a proposed contract was approved by Council and awarded to Kiiha Law Office, P.L.L.C. The approved contract was for one year, January 14, 2013
through December 31, 2013, and carried a provision for a one year extension in 2014 and again 2015.
Attached is the letter from Kiiha Law Office, P.L.L.C. requesting a one year contract extension as well as a copy of the original contract dated January 14, 2013. The extension is for
the period of January 14, 2015 through December 31, 2015.
Jay Kiiha will attend the November 20, 2012 Council meeting. He will be available to answer questions the Council may have.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the contract extension for McCall City Prosecutor with Kiiha Law P.L.L.C and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
