Thus, it is my current thinking that the City organization structure will be maintained until a new City Manager can be recruited and hired.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: So that we all might have sufficient time to prepare, I am asking the Council to give consideration to the characteristics you will be seeking in the next City Manager.   RECORD OF COUNCIL ACTION  MEETING DATE ACTION
