SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the January 9, 2014 City Council meeting, Council had a discussion on the proposed amendments to Title 5 and Title 8 dealing with interference with snow removal and parking along
Third Street. After much discussion, City Council directed staff to remove at this time any revisions to Title 5 and to finalize revisions to Title 8 of the City Code.
Attached are the Ordinance and Ordinance Summary.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules, read by title only, one time only, Ordinance No. ___.
Adopt Ordinance No.____, approve the publication of the summary, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents
