SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall’s lease for the Xerox 7346 color workstation for the Police Department expires in 2014. The current machine is having maintenance issues that requires an early replacement
with a new Xerox W7845P Work Centre.
Attached is the Boise Office Equipement agreement for a copier. The new agreement includes: 1 Xerox W7845P Work Centre, all service, labor and supplies, 5000 black and white pages
and 500 color pages per month. This agreement will replace the current agreement and lower the monthly costs for the current device from $639.42 per month or $7673.04 annually to
$422.50 per month or $5195.00 annually which includes a one $75.00 Documentation Fee.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Image Management Agreement with Boise Office Equipment and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
