SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Idaho Code §67-5732A allows the conveyance of surplus personal property to other state and local agencies. Annually City staff identifies several items as surplus property. The Parks
and Recreation Director has determined that the Econoline Van no longer serves the needs of the department and would like to sell the 2000 Ford Econoline EC3 Van to Valley County.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 14-05 authorizing the sale of the 2000 Ford Econoline EC3 Van to Valley County and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
