SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On May 11, 2017, Council approved the transfer of $11,000 out of FY17 Budget, City Council Economic Development line for the purposes of the development of a new website. During that
presentation, a proposal from the company EVO GOV was presented allowing us to stay within that budgeted amount and provide the city with a top notch product. The web company and scope
of work have been vetted by the Communications and Internet Systems Departments. With the funding now available with Council support, and the approval of the contract, will enable us
to move forward in the development of a new website for City of McCall. The attached contract has been reviewed by the City Attorney Bill Nichols.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve of the EVO GOV Contract for Website Development Services for $11,000 and authorized the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
