SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The McCall City Council has requested an opportunity to discuss the burn permit process for residential yard waste with the McCall Fire Chief, Mark Billmire. The intent of this discussion
is to review the current process requirements associated with issuance of permits within the city limits.
Rules governing the burning of yard waste are governed by IDAPA 58.01.01, which has been attached to this agenda bill for reference. In accordance with this guidance, a rule or ordinance
established by a local government agency can allow for burning of this waste.
