SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In 2008 there was a transition of City Clerks whereby there were several Special Meetings of the McCall City Council that a City Clerk was not present. The City did not have a City Clerk
from April 2008 through December 2008. It was discovered that minutes were not completed for 12 Special Meetings of the McCall City Council in 2008. Notes that the City Manager of that
time took during these meetings have been utilized in creating these minutes. Resolution 17-13 adopts these minutes and is attached with the draft minutes, the City Manager’s notes
and the Agendas.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Resolution 17-13 Adopting City Council Minutes from 12 City Council Meetings in 2008 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
