SUMMARY STATEMENT:
While this year’s activities, logistics, and the demands on staff and volunteers are still fresh in everyone’s mind; we would like to initiate a debrief discussion following the July
4th (Lakeside Liberty Fest) event. The goal of this discussion will be to identify what went well, what could be improved, and to communicate the way forward in this discussion.
Participating agencies will include McCall Parks and Recreation, Police Department, Communications Manager, and McCall Fire Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Communicate the Council’s thoughts on this year’s event and work towards identifying a direction to begin laying out what the event could/should look like for 2018.
