Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law and his March 15 and March
23, 2020 Orders imposing strict limits on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting will be conducted via remote
participation to the greatest extent possible . Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the
public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting may be found on the Town 's website at www. brewster-ma . Rov.
For this meeting, members of the public who wish to listen to the audio broadcast may do so via the Town of Brewster website at
htto : //livestream . brewster-ma .aov or on Channel 18 , No in -person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort
will be made to ensure the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time via technological means . The Town has established
specific email addresses for each board and committee that will be meeting remotely so that residents can send their comments in writing

#20-07 Applicant : 2851 Main Street Holdings LLC . Representative ; Ford & Ford Attorneys at Law . Applicant seeks a
use variance , per Brewster zoning bylaw Chapter 179 - 10 Applicability of Use Regulations, and § 179 - 11 Table of Use
Regulations, for restoration of historic Nickerson House and Barn and additions thereto and conversion to a
Conference Center/ Function Use for property located at 2851 Main Street, Brewster, located in the RM zoning
district, and on Brewster Assessor Map 90, Lot 153 - 0 .
Applicant requests withdrawal without prejudice .
#19 =38 Vernon Smith ( Brewster Fish House ), 2208 Main Street, MAP 68 LOT 1264792 , in RM zoning district . The
applicant seeks a Special Permit under MGL 40A and Brewster Bylaw 179 . 25 b to enclose existing patio areas in the
front of the building to facilitate year- round use . Applicant requests withdrawal without prejudice .

the RM zoning district . After a successful first season of events in 2019 , the CBI Farm is requesting an additional

the RM zoning district . The applicant seeks an Appeal of the Building Commissioners decision that a boat storage
shed , kayak rack and roll out boardwalk are not permissible uses on the property in the RM zoning district under
MGL 40A § 8 & 15 , and Brewster Zoning Bylaw § 179 & D ( 4 ) .

#20=09 19 Muskrat Lane LLC, ( Represented by Attorney Benjamin Zehnder) , MAP 103 , LOT 9 , in the RM and
Wetlands Conservancy Zoning Districts . The applicant seeks a VARIANCE from Bylaw § 17940 for accessory uses
permitted in the district be treated as principle uses, or in the alternative a Special Permit pursuant to § 179- 6 ( D ) and
( E ) to construct a kayak rack, storage shed and rollout boardwalk .
