The Federal Aviation Administration requires projects to be closed out prior to reimbursement to 100%. Due to the large single purchase of the truck, a significant portion of the funds ($371,000) cannot be reimbursed until the project is closed out. Attached to this agenda bill is the Outlay Report, the Federal Financial Report, and the Engineer’s Final Report.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve closeout of AIP Snow Removal Equipment Grant 3-16-0023-22 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.  RECORD OF COUNCIL ACTION  MEETING DATE ACTION
