SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The snow removal equipment has been received and all invoices have been paid. The Federal Aviation Administration requires projects to be closed out prior to reimbursement to 100%. Due
to the large single purchase of the truck, a significant portion of the funds ($371,000) cannot be reimbursed until the project is closed out.
Attached to this agenda bill is the Outlay Report, the Federal Financial Report, and the Engineer’s Final Report.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve closeout of AIP Snow Removal Equipment Grant 3-16-0023-22 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
