SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Payette Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District (the District) has requested that the City initiate an appraisal of the land to be transferred to the District at the closing of
the annexation process, so that Title Insurance can be obtained. Langston and Associates was contacted to see if they could provide this service and has submitted the attached Engagement
Letter to complete the work. The City has provided the documents from Valuations Northwest so upon approval of the Council the appraisal will be completed within 4 weeks.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Land Appraisal Engagement Letter with Langston and Associates to be paid by the sewer department and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
