ORDINANCE AM~ING AND CORRF~ING
ORDINANCE ¢94-23
W~, Ordinance ~94-23 (the "Ordinance") provided for the abatement and/or
exempt[on fron local property taxes for the improvement to or construction
of commercial or 5ndustrial structures for certaSn parcels of property in
the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough"); and
W~EREAS, the ordinance should have included Block 5.2, but instead reflected
Block 5; and
WHI~REAS, the Mayor and Counc] 1 of the Borough of Carteret wish to correct this
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that Ordinance ~94-23 is hereby amended to delete
all references to blocks and replace said references throughout with block 5.2
BE IT FURR]JER ORDAINED, that this Ordinance shall become effective
i~mmdiate[y upon adoption, approval and publication, as required by law.
