SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mediation in the McCall Airport eminent domain case has been scheduled for October 17, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at the law office of Givens Pursley (counsel for the Defendants) in Boise. Legal
Counsel has requested the the Council to Designate an agent of the City who is authorized to execute the “Agreement to Mediate”; and attend the mediation with the authority to settle
the case if appropriate.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Designate BessieJo Wagner, Iterim City Manager, as authorized to execute the “Agreement to Mediate”; and attend the mediation with the authority to settle the case if appropriate.
