SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the September 14th Council Meeting Council reviewed the draft lease agreement with Michael Byrne for the Golf Course Restaurant. There was Council consensus to move forward with a
9% lease rate with options of 2 five year renewals, the first at 10% and the second at 11%.
The final version as of September 19th is attached. The City Attorney and Mr. Byrne are reviewing for any final comments. If any changes are recommended a clean revised contract will
be handed out at the Council meeting. A clean copy and a red lined version are attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the 5 year term Lease with Cougar Restaurant Enterprises, Inc. for restaurant services at the McCall Golf Course and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
