SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The purpose of this item is for the City Council to review the existing Senior Center Lease and provide direction to City staff for updates to the contract. Community and Economic Development
Director Michelle Groenevelt will meet with Senior Center representatives about updated contract terms.
The existing contract is attached.
