CORRECTION TO AGENDA BILL 17-224 – There was some confusion on my part as to the
name of the Urban Renewal committee and the language was borrowed from an older agenda bill
which was incorrect. I didn’t put two and two together until after the packet went out. Please use
the motion below in place of the one in your packet. Thank you! - Shay

Appointment
The McCall Redevelopment Agency is fully responsible for the administration of the affairs of the
Urban Renewal District, including budget, officers and employees, and carrying out Agency
projects. The term of office of a member is three years and there are seven members. There is
currently one open position. After advertising in the Star-News, we received a letter of interest
from Nic Swanson, who previously served on this board for six and a half years.
Action:
Appoint Nic Swanson to the McCall Redevelopment Agency for a term of 3 years expiring on
October, 2020.
