APPROVAL OF PAYiYIENT TO
COOXE AVEiYUE DEVELOPER'S, LLC
NJSP MARINE BARRACKS
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has entered into a contract agreement providing for
construction of a New Jersey State Police Marine Barracks; and
NVIIEREAS, the Borough is making provisions for payment of the various construction
components comprising the new facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. That the Purchasing Department is hereby authorized and directed to
make an installment payment to Cooke Avenue Developer's, LLC, the
amount of $1.442 million dollars which is funded through a Homeland
Security Pass Through Grant provided by the NJ State Police.
2. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and Borough Engineer.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on December 21, 2012.
