SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Noah Walgren studied wood carving with his mentor John Schultz for his senior project at McCall-Donnelly High School. He planned with the City’s Public Arts Committee, Parks and Rec,
and Library departments and then donated his creation to the McCall City Library. The art is installed in the library front lawn and is a wonderful addition to our community.
The City of McCall would like to thank Noah Walgren for his creativity, planning, and hard work to complete a great senior project and for donating it to the Library for the community
to enjoy.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Present Noah Walgren with a Certificate of Appreciation.
