SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Water Department’s HACH equipment analyze the a variety of water quality constitutants of the raw and processed water throughout the plant. The new HACH Service Partnership Quotation
(i.e. service contract) that covers the Process Control testing instruments at the Water Treatment Plant is attached. This service contract includes two visits per year for calibration
of the testing equipment, recommended maintenance and unlimited technical support calls. It will be our 4th year of obtaining the service agreement, which was set in motion when replacement
of the old annequated system began in 2014.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the new HACH Service Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
