Resolution 17-25 will authorize the City Clerk to destroy the identified records of no historical significance. Attached is Resolution 17-25 and Exhibit A – Box Contents for Destruction.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution 17-25 allowing the destruction of documents and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.  RECORD OF COUNCIL ACTION  MEETING DATE ACTION
