SUMMARY STATEMENT:
After collecting information from surveys and direction from previous Council work sessions staff has incorporated those items into recommended changes to the Resort Local Option Tax
(LOT) Ordinance. The purpose of this work session is to provide the Council and LOT Commission an opportunity to discuss the allowable uses and review the recommended changes to the
ordinance as previously discussed during the work sessions. We will have a three part process as follows:
Review the allowable uses
Discuss the decision making guidelines for the Commission and Council
Review the structure of the Community Meeting set for January 17, 2018
Attached are the recommended changes to the ordinance.
