SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The golf course has $40,000 budgeted to upgrade the HVAC systems in the club house. We had representatives from 3 HVAC companies come look at the club house systems. Two of those gave
proposals. A-1 was $30,000 and TVR was $48,000. A-1 was much lower mostly because of using local electricians for part of the changeover. We are also applying for an energy conservation
grant from Idaho Power. Attached is the quote from A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve A-1 Heating & Air Conditioning to upgrade the club house HVAC systems and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents
