SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Previously, the City Manager introduced to the Council a proposal to establish an annual agreement with TVT to outline allocation of general fund dollars in exchange for transportation
services within FY17. The City Council provided comments for revision to this agreement, specifically to revise issuance of rider data and financial statements to the City in a timely
manner as to support the City’s budget development process.
Staff has incorporated comments from the City Council into the attached agreement, coordinated the document with TVT to ensure acceptance of the terms, and received review/concurrence
from the City Attorney. This final draft is now being presented to the City Council with a request for approval.
The agreement will terminate at the end of the fiscal year and be re-negotiated to match the funds to be appropriated for services from TVT in future fiscal years.
Attached is the edited McCall TVT Contract and the Appendix 1 McCall Route Details.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the request of the Treasure Valley Transit (TVT) Annual Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
