A draft agreement was provided for review of the Council on December 15, 2016, and comments/direction were provided to staff during that meeting. Staff has incorporated comments from the City Council into the attached agreement, coordinated the document with McPaws to ensure acceptance of the terms, and received review/concurrence from the City Attorney. This final draft is now being presented to the City Council with a request for approval. The agreement will terminate at the end of the fiscal year and be re-negotiated to match the funds to be appropriated for services from McPaws in future fiscal years. Amber Kostoff, the new Executive Director of McPaws, will be available at the meeting to assist this discussion. The proposed Annual McPaws Contract is attached.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the request of the McPaws Annual Contract and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.  RECORD OF COUNCIL ACTION  MEETING DATE ACTION  December 15, 2016 City Council directed staff to make changes to the draft agreement and bring back for consideration of the Council.
