SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The intent of this agenda bill is to provide an opportunity for the City Council to discuss questions/concerns of the draft annexation agreement. This discussion will be followed by
a joint discussion with the PLRWSD Board during the 24 February special meeting.
Attached to this agreement is a draft copy of the Annexation Agreement.
