SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Staff has received recent feedback that there is room for discussion regarding the format and content of recurring City Department Reports reviewed by the Council during the first meeting
of every month. The intent of this agenda bill is to review department reports with the City Council and obtain feedback regarding information which is helpful to the Council and/or
information currently presented which provides little or no value to the Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide direction to the City Manager regarding the format and content of recurring City Department Reports.
