SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The intent of this agenda bill is to notify the City Council that the existing Senior Center lease will be terminating in October of 2017. The purpose of this agenda bill is to obtain
Council direction regarding discussions with seniors moving forward on this matter and/or any direction pertaining to leasing of this facility to seniors. Staff has not yet communicated
on the matter with representatives from the Senior Center but will plan to do so after initial communication with the City Council.
The Senior Center current lease is attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide initial thoughts and/or direction regarding the pending termination of the lease of the McCall Senior Center between the City of McCall and McCall Seniors.
