SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The FAA has requested changes to the Airport DBE Program to match their “sample” program. The changes are to paragraphs 26.11, 26.51 and Attachment 12 Small Business Element. Paragraph
26.11 concerns changes to record keeping and reporting requirements. Paragraph 26.51 changes a list of race neutral means used by the city to a list of race neutral means available
to the City. The template for Attachment 12 was significantly changed.
Attached are the Summary of Changes and the DBE Policy.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the amended McCall Municipal Airport Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
