SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The intent of the establishment of revised fees is to compensate for the cost of staff time associated with the negotiation, review, and approval process for land use applications, building
permits and GIS products and services. Staff has reviewed all the land use related fees and adjusted fees and added fees to ensure fees will cover current staff time.
The Resolution combines the Departments fee schedules to include planning, building and GIS that were adopted as separate resolutions in the past.
The City Attorney has reviewed the attached Resolution.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Hold the public hearing.
2. Approve Resolution 17-___ adopting Community and Economic Development related fees and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
