Section I. Pursuant ta N J S.A. 40A:2~39, it is hereby determined that $2,328,502.93
of the proceeds of obligations originally made available pursuant to Section 3(a) of bond ordinance
~'95-16 of the Borough of Cartiere:, in the Count.,,, of.,'~Liddlesex, New Jersey finally adopted April 6,
1995 is no longer necessary for the purpose for wi:ich the obligations previously were authorized
Section 2. The $2,328,502 93 deacribed in Section 1 and made available pursuant to
N.J.S A 40A:2~39 is hereby reappropriated to pro¼de ~'br the construction ora new library and
Senior Citizens Con[er on land to be acquired by purchase, ~ or condemnation described on the
official Borough tax map and otherwise !-oho,am as set tbrth below, including also acquisition and
installation of equipment mid furnishings and all work necessary, therefor or incidental thereto.:
