SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The attached package contains the Council concurrence with Legal Assessment of Negotiation, and final cost documents and closeout report for the AIP Grant for Land Acquisition. These
documents are submitted to the FAA in anticipation of receiving the grant offer in August.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final cost documents and closeout report for the AIP Grant for Land Acquisition and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
