As part of this purchase, the Department desires to enter into a 5-year maintenance agreement with Ricoh to ensure that the new copier is properly maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. The attached maintenance agreement is consistent and similar to other copier maintenance agreements that are in place for other copier equipment throughout the organization. This agreement has been reviewed by legal counsel.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Ricoh maintenance agreement for a new copier at the Water Treatment Plant and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
