SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A brief presentation on the tour with Planners from the Town of Winter Park, CO. The walking tour was of public and private initiatives in the downtown and related to housing. The Town
of Winter Park’s goal is to create as much housing in the downtown as possible. The purpose of the presentation is to share what is happening in another mountain town and lessons learned
from the visit.
