SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall Geographic Information System (GIS) has been in place for over 10 years and supports all departments within the City organization as well as the public. ESRI is the
primary GIS software provider for the GIS field. While there is no explicit contract to be signed, our annual renewal is subject to ESRI’s standard terms and conditions (attached).
The City Attorney reviewed the terms. The renewal payment and details are exactly the same as last year.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve ESRI terms of use and annual payment and authorize the GIS Analyst to electronically accept the terms.
